1. Delayed, not real-time

All market data in Traderly is delayed by at least 15 minutes, and the workspace marks it as delayed. Replay shows past sessions. Traderly does not currently offer real-time data.

2. Where it comes from

Prices and volumes of US-listed stocks come from licensed third-party market data providers and originate from US exchanges and trading venues. Company details (such as shares outstanding, float and market cap) and news come from third-party sources and public filings, and belong to their owners.

3. What it covers

Traderly covers US-listed stocks from pre-market at 04:00 to after hours at 20:00 Eastern Time. It may not include every security, venue or trade, and times shown are Eastern Time.

4. Figures Traderly calculates

Percentage change, relative volume, rankings, candles at every interval, split adjustments and alert conditions are calculated by Traderly from the source data, following the definitions shown in the workspace. They may differ from what other services show. Float and shares outstanding come from the latest data available to us and can be out of date.

5. Accuracy

Market data can arrive late, be incomplete or be corrected after the fact. Neither Traderly nor its data providers guarantee that it is accurate, complete or timely, and neither is liable for errors in it or for decisions made with it.

6. How you may use it

Market data in Traderly is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell or show it to others, use it to build or feed another product, or extract it by automated means. Our data providers may require us to change or stop any data at any time.
